David DeTorre is the founder and principal of Collective Construction Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience across development, construction, owner representation, feasibility, municipal coordination, and historic preservation.
His work spans affordable housing, residential and commercial redevelopment, nonprofit and municipal projects, adaptive reuse, and complex properties that require thoughtful coordination across design, approvals, construction, and delivery. David’s approach is practical, design minded, and technology forward, with an emphasis on better information earlier and assembling the right team around each opportunity.
Through CCM, he works closely with owners, developers, organizations, consultants, contractors, and public partners to move projects from early concept through execution.
